Installation
The tape is mounted on a smooth and degreased surface using self-adhesive tape placed on the underside of the steel base tape. To do this, remove the protective paper. When installing long lengths, remove the protective paper gradually. Tension the tape slightly before pressing it to the surface.
If the magnetic tape will be exposed to damage, protect it with a protective tape, proceeding similarly to the installation of the base tape. The protective tape is always installed second.

Example:
MT-20-1-1-0-A10 is a magnetic tape with a 2 mm pitch, 1 m long, with a self-adhesive fastening tape, without a protective tape, accuracy class A10.
Attention: The ordered length of the tape should be longer than the required measuring range by the length of the sensor and additionally 20 mm.
